You can reserve your spot through the form on this page or book directly via the pricing options. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

There’s no subscription or obligation. You’re welcome to start with a free first class, a drop-in, or a class pack — and continue at your own pace.

At the moment, Omvana classes are in person only. Online offerings may be added in the future.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and set up your mat before class begins.

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water. Props are optional.
