Omvana is for people who want consistency over intensity.
For those returning to movement after time away, navigating change, or simply wanting a practice that fits into real life.
This is not a performance-driven studio or a fast-paced fitness environment. Classes are intentionally small, adaptable, and rooted in hatha yoga — supporting strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing at every stage of life.

Hi, I’m Ily
I created Omvana as a small, intentional space for people who want to move, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies—without pressure or performance.
My teaching blends hatha yoga, mindfulness, and long-term wellbeing, shaped by years of guiding students through different stages of life.
I believe movement should feel supportive, human, and sustainable—not rushed or performative.
