Weekly In-Person Classes

Small-group hatha yoga classes focused on strength, mobility, balance, and awareness. Each class is accessible, intentional, and adaptable — whether you’re new to yoga or returning after time away.

Meditation & Mindful Practices

Alongside movement, Omvana integrates meditation, breathwork, and awareness practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner clarity.

Offered occasionally within classes or as special sessions.
