Ily Ponce
Hi, I’m Ily.
Omvana started as a personal response to what I saw missing in many yoga spaces — a place to move consistently, without pressure, performance, or comparison.
I’ve spent years teaching hatha yoga and mindfulness to people across different stages of life, and what I’ve learned is simple: long-term wellbeing comes from small, intentional practices done with care.
If you’re looking for a grounded, supportive practice — I’m glad you’re here.
